Welcome to another episode of On-Conscious. Today we’re asking the question: Does Taking a Collagen Supplement Actually Help Build Collagen?
I’m super excited to be back behind the mix after a very long pause! I’m so glad you’re here with me! Im really looking forward to sharing today's episode with you, in which we discuss all things collagen with the font of knowledge that is Dr Tim Crowe.
Dr Tim is a 30-year career research scientist and educator in the area of nutrition. His research career spans laboratory molecular biology research through to clinical nutrition trials, and his credentials are vast - Tim holds a BSc(Hons), Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics and PhD in nutrition research, and is also a credentialed Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia.
Tim writes for many consumer publications and speaks regularly to the general public and medical professionals through seminars, workshops and conferences, and is active in providing information and comment to the media.
